  • Service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (holidays excluded).
  • Emergency service is available at hourly rates only, with a 1.75 coefficient.

Our rates

Consulting, Support and Troubleshooting

  • Remote (online and/or telephone) Consulting, Support, and Troubleshooting start at $200.00 for the first hour, with additional hours ranging from $150.00 to $200.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for all customers. A 1-hour fee must be paid in advance for new customers before any work is performed.
  • On-site Consulting, Support, and Troubleshooting are available only in Toronto and the GTA. The first hour starts at $250.00, with additional hours ranging from $150.00 to $200.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for all customers. A 1-hour fee must be paid in advance for new customers before any work is performed.
  • Rates vary by complexity of the project. 
  • Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.
  • Minimum 2 hour appointment may be required to discuss larger/more complex projects.  
  • Any work performed outside of normal business hours (9:00am to 6:00pm EST) or on holidays will be billed at a 1.75x rate.

Deployment

  • The cost of physical labor (equipment and infrastructure installation, upgrades, etc.) starts at $150.00 for the first hour per person. Additional hours are billed at $100.00 per hour per person, with time billed in 30-minute increments and a 2-hour minimum required for all customers. A 2-hour fee must be paid in advance for new customers before any work is performed.
  • The cost of Commissioning, Configuring, and Reconfiguring for Deployed Solutions starts at $250.00 for the first hour, with additional hours billed at $200.00 per hour. Time is billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for all customers.
  • Larger projects can be undertaken based on the provided quotes.

Note: Services avaiable in Toronto and GTA area only.


Warranty

  • Due to the nature of the Service what We provide, there is no warranty on hourly work.
  • Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work.
  • New deployments includes a 1 year limited warranty for the physical labor.
