- UniFi Talk (VoIP Telephone)
- CDVI Access (Door Control)
- Synology (Data Storage Systems)
- DSC Alarm (Burglar Alarm)
Rates of Consulting, Support and Troubleshooting
- Remote (online and/or telephone) Consulting, Support, and Troubleshooting start at $250.00 for the first hour, with additional hours ranging from $200.00 to $250.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for all customers. A 1-hour fee must be paid in advance for new customers before any work is performed.
- Rates vary by complexity of the project.
- Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.
- Minimum 2 hour appointment may be required to discuss larger/more complex projects.
- Any work performed outside of normal business hours (9:00am to 6:00pm EST) or on holidays will be billed at a 1.75x rate.

Warranty
- Due to the nature of the Service what We provide, there is no warranty on hourly work.
- Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work.
Service Hours
- Service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (holidays excluded)
- Emergency service is available at hourly rates only and is billed at a 1.75x rate.
