Rates of Consulting, Support and Troubleshooting

  • On-site consulting, support, and troubleshooting are available only in Toronto and the GTA. The first hour starts at $300.00, with additional hours ranging from $200.00 to $250.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum required for all customers. A 1-hour fee must be paid in advance for new customers before any work is performed.
  • Rates vary by complexity of the project. 
  • Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.
  • Minimum 1 hour appointment may be required to discuss larger/more complex projects.  
  • Any work performed outside of normal business hours (between 9am to 6pm EST) or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate.

Warranty

  • Due to the nature of the Service what We provide, there is no warranty on hourly work.
  • Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work.
  •  New deployments includes a 1 year limited warranty for the physical labor.

Service Hours

  • Service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (holidays excluded)
  • Emergency service is available at hourly rates only and is billed at a 1.75x rate.
